katerina Posted April 24, 2006 Share Posted April 24, 2006 Ok crew! Ive decided to sell some of my older dvds and SciFi stuff I dont use on ebay so is this considered charity? Charity on ebay ups the selling price or should i just sell as a regular sale? All of the proceeds are going to Niteshadow torrentspy and Iso hunt. I really love Gary from isohunt he's always taken the time to return my emails, and i just loved our little torrent site and am very concerned about Nites quality of life since this whole lawsuit BS! So both of these guys will get the money, so far Gary's raising some decent fundage but i wish Nite would join them in the good fight so i could give him everything! My heart was completely broken when niteshadow went down as i know many of you feel the same way! Now i know it's not a ton of money but im hoping others like myself will start auctions of unused items and donate the profits to the guys involved in the lawsuits so we can win this fucking war! Thanks and no i wont be linking to any of my auctions because the MPAA shitheads will be watching for me now, I upload alot of films on the web and dont need the attention and frivalous lawsuits. I already went through this with the RIAA once and it really sucked.....Im still downloading music today so as you can see lawsuits just dont work. Well i have to give Gary at least 30% jesus anyway he's like saying the mpaa has shit so ...... in the meantime i went through this lawsuit BS with the RIAA. Believe me things will get better because unlike when i was sued YOU only hosted hashes thats's a big fucking difference then actually having the material stored on your hard drive like i did! BTW im not lying about the fact i had to waitress tables at an upscale restaurant to payoff that lawsuit!!!... and had to deal with fat business men ogling my ass and making obscene comments to me for a whole summer =I feel your pain totally! The bottom line is a strict money back if not delighted policy everything i sell have a 100% rating and never in a million years would ever fuck a buyer over EVER. This is just another way to turn up the heat on the mpaa.....So everyone dig into your dvd collection& SELL for the love of god!!! so that the people fighting OUR war can win. Yes I am afraid of them i fully admit that. But anyway i think this is a great way to throw some much needed cash our friends way. Whether it be nite Gary or torrentspy start going through your unwanted items such as Xbox games ,playstation ,Dvds or anything your not using! Clean house and at the same time maybe we can finally get a legal ruling on this whole mess.....that would be nice wouldnt it? what we need is money and lots of it........who knows if we can get enough maybe Nite will just say fuck you mpaa.... now that would be really sweet imho! Whatever im standing by my word and the first donation i make to Nite i'll pm and tell him the exact dollar amt. so he knows im not bullshiting! Also Nites all about confidentiality because he understands the precarious position many of us are in with openly declaring war! The last time i went to war with the industry I lost and it took some time to recover, but anyway im looking at this as 'air america' money and hopefully something good comes out of this whole mess for niteshadow he never deserved this. Just sold a buy it now and split it 3 ways between Nite Torrentspy and Isohunt. Let's get going PEOPLE!!! auction off the things your not using for the cause! Well do a completed listing on ebay so you can see what sells and your not wasting money on listing fees! Whatever profit you derive minus the listing fees give to nite if you can! Jesus the guy sent me a nice thankyou over the 4.19 i sent him so ............he'll be happy it all adds up and believe me guys thank god we arent being sued! I dont have much but i'll give when i can and so should you all! If your not using something sell if it has value so we can win this war! B) B) I've got selling bids on both TNG DVDboxsets (2 x $30 = $60), with any luck the bids will get higher (hoping for $40/set) by friday, when the auction ends, and that the buyers don't bail out. In fact if it wasnt for the Finnish/Norway resistance Germany could very well have had an Abomb. If I bid on an item that someone is selling so he/she can donate the profits to Nite...then what's the difference? I get my DVDs and Nite gets the donation. No?
