Hello Everyone, I too have just come back to see how things are going on this site. I havn't been on here since October 2006. I used to be quite the regular and was around back when this all was Bittorrents. Then Nite had the run in with the MP** and everything changed. Then we all started to play a simple game called Black Nova Traders and kept us entertained for some time for being such a simple game. Reason I stopped showing my face around was because I started to play WoW and it took a lot of my time but now that I have removed the game from my computer I find I have more time to do the things I enjoyed. I would be suprised if anyone remembers me. And Nite, you have made quite the nice forum site while I was gone. Looks real nice.

this current game sucks Lets talk about AA traders. Anyone know what that is like and what the possibilities are of getting that game here?

At the rate things seem to be going in the private sector the governments of the world will have some more compitition by 2020 in the space race to go to the moon. I don't think the private sector will be getting there that quick but they should be in a mid to high orbit around earth by that time and plans on the drawing board to go to the moon.

I decided to come back and play this game after a 3 month leave to just find out that someone has 500,000 points and the next closest one was only over 100,000. Someone is cheating and I don't like it. Nite, lets reset this game and set up a new one with some of the changes mentioned. If that isn't possible right away then shut the game down for a time as you have these holes fixed, because the game is no fun when you have a SUPER POWER that big compared to everyone else.

can't wait to have battlestar galactica back in October then I can get a well written sci-fi show again. Stargate used to keep me interested but as of late they have left me laking all but 25% of the time.

blah blah blah blah that is all I got out of that episode. What a wast of a 200th episode.

I downloaded the game just to look at it even though I have no idea how to read the code. I just figured all it would take is changing the images and the levels I have no idea. Just thought it would make the game a little nicer to look at. I have a few other ideas as well that I think would add to the game play.

Is there any way that someone could do some graphical changes to the game? It would be nice to have betting looking ships than the ones that are in the game, mabe a new starfield in the background and have more ship sizes than what is available. I think it would be good to be able to see how big a person is if they go higher than teck level 23-25 where the current ship changes end. maybe even show them with planets as well.

I too left the game early, not because I died but becuase my wife is begining to show signs of going into labor. I needed to focus more of my attention on getting ready as much as possible for the new baby. It was because of me Highlander72 died. He was picking up my 18 planets worth 700 million colonists and there must be a bug where it killed him in the prosses of snaching my planets. My wife also appreciates me not spending all that time on the game.

Another thing that would be nice to see changed is the amount of colonists you can have on the planet. It would be nice to see them get to at least 100 - 200 million. Its to easy to get it to 75 million colonists.

The default for the game is 1800 turns for new players. I will set it back to the default for the reset. I liked it at the 3500 turns. It gave me a good opportunity to do some great catch up in the ranks. I say we compromise at around 2200, or just leave it at 3500.

I like that turns will accumulate at a slower pace. The wife was going to kill me for the time that I was spending to keep up with the pace of the game. though I don't know about droping the size to 3000 sectors. As time goes on more and more people will join in on the game and things might get a bit crowded. I am fine with the reset date. The sooner it is the better, then I know I wont have to redu to many things to get back to the level I am. Nothing worse than to be at levels 20-25 or more and have the game reset then. Espesially now that the game will go slower than it has.

Why would a corporation pay more than min wage when it raises there net gain and makes there stocks raise. Its their bottom line that matters, nothing else. Just read almost any companies moto.
