Canada makes me sick, they really suck with the 'better then thou' attitude it's time for them to get into the mix like everyone else or just stfu and eat table scraps.

If your using it to upload/download get an assist program that can limit bandwith in both directions so they dont notice your cheap ass and for christs sake what if someone gets up at 3 am and wants to check there email? Israel would be making a serious error if they think there going to occupy Lebannon. I agree with Bush that we dont want any part of a UN multinational force. We're just spread to thin!
