I guess you've already proven to yourself that its not working as plug and play? I really don't know where to find drivers for you. There is a Mac addict here on the forum but I have no clues, sorry.

I found this using google. not sure if it helps you at all.

  Mac8.6 or higher: Copy Gene USB SATA/IDE_05E3_0702.sit to desktop and double click it to get driver file. Then copy the driver to [system Folder] [extensions]. After that, connect cable to computer and reboot the system.

PCs and Macs use different network protocols designed for the different types of computers. There are ways to get around this. You might need to install software to adapt your odd machine out. Probably making the PCs think the Mac is family.
