Sweden would probably be the best place to move the site to. Thats where ThePirateBay is and the MPAA isn't bothering them (yet). Indeed they have tried hard to shut down pirates bay. No success though. Sweden must have some definite advantages.

Actually the torrents were never here. Just the blueprints for them. Lot’s of other places to get the blueprints (*.torrent files)

Well this really sucks. I first joined this site because I have no access (at any price) available to the new Doctor Who shows. I have a good capture card and DVD burner in my PC and used to record Sci Fi Friday for myself. Then I realized that the picture quality of my cable system (not yet digital) just can’t match a good 350 Mb XviD file. So I figure if I can legally record the episodes and edit out the commercials why can’t I download a better looking copy? I still watch them live with commercials when they first air. In a couple of months digital cable will be available to me and I can record my own high quality copies. I was really looking forward to that spring season of Doctor who though.

Surface seems good but Invasion is turning out a little weak. I guess it could still pick up steam and become more interesting. I had the strangest feeling when I watched the first episode that I’d seen the same plot on the Sci-Fi Channel in a B movie. Threshold rocks.

One of my favorites. I sat thorough it three times in a row during it’s original theatrical release. Even at ten I appreciated the realism. A bunch of the footage from it was later used in Battlestar Galactica 78 and 80.

I’ve been paying almost $700 a year for expanded cable + HBO. I capture what I want on the PC and then edit out the commercials (adverts) with my DVD authoring software. It’s very easy to remove them without getting much of a preview of the show. I’ll soon have the first eight episodes of Firefly. Would it be wrong to torrent them here?

I’m a little surprised that I’m finding no mention of Firefly anywhere on the site?
