I've not seen it mentioned here, but I thought Dark Skies was excellent. I agree with the 4400 Plus ... everybody should see ToS ... get them now !! I asked a similar question last week and I'm in the processing of getting hold of Farscape Season 1 right now ... so if this thread is still running, I'll report back and let ya know

Thanks both ... I'll probably try DS9 again. I think the thing that I disliked most about Enterprise was the casting of Scott Bakula in the roll as captain. I watched so many episodes of Quantam Leap, that I can't stop thinking of him as Sam Beckett :( Although, I have been thinking about taking a peak at Farscape which seems to come quite highly rated

I've just finished watching the whole of the TNG series on DVD ... great stuff and I enjoyed it very much ... So, where to go now, my problem seems to be : ToS - is probably really dated by now Enterprise - I saw a few episodes and couldn't stick it Voyager - Saw the first 3-4 episodes and really can't stick Janeway's voice. DS9 - Saw the whole of series one and it was 'kinda' ok So, should I persevere with Voyager, give DS9 (or Enterprise for that matter) another go ... or - shock - should I try something I've never watched before (Farscape, Millenium, Andromeda, etc) Help !!

No Contest ... Crusher Apparently my wife says I 'drool' over her :) I agree that Bones was an essential part of ToS but he's no way as good looking as Crusher :p

As a Farscape newbie (still to watch an episode) could somebody please tell me where the PeaceKeeper Wars comes in the scheme of things ... Would it be OK to watch this as a 'tester' before I get Season 1 or do I really need to watch Season 1 first to get into the characters ? Or, do I have to save PeaceKeeper wars until the very end ? Thanks ...

I was quite excited at the prospect of Voyager and the new lady-captain ... however, I only ever watched the first three episodes ... her voice is just unbearable

Here in Bulgaria, around 80 cents a packet (45 pence) and a packet lasts me 2 to 3 days, so I don't feel too bad about it ;)

oops, I forgot to mention, maybe I'm like the oldest person on the board :( These series were sometime in the late 60's ;)

I really used to love 'Land of the Giants' when I was a small child - couldn't wait to see this every week. Also ... does anybody remember 'Marine Boy' ... great cartoon series?
