further on what GorunNova said, the paradox was the future humans and the now humans existing within the same timeframe this didn't happen until after the pres was dead, however.... several of the future humans did exist as the Master had used them to kill that reporter in the sound of drums and they were also present when the pres was killed. not sure how that worked? but certainly the ripping open of time and space event was after the said death

law is not about degrees of guilt, Baltar was forced at gunpoint to sign the paperwork which made him a victim as much as anyone else really, the only real differance between baltar and others is he had no oppertunity to leak information and he had a relationship predating the conflict with someone who turned out to be a cylon. The law in any nation specifically states 'beyond any shadow of a doubt' when it comes to serious crimes of this nature, there are doubts that baltar was a traitor although there is no doubt some of his actions were treacherous. not many courts in this world would have convicted baltar of treason on the facts (but plenty would have stitched him up so justice was seen to be done lol)

lol looks like i'm going to be the lone voice on this one lol, i actually like catherine tate the 'am i bovvered' sketch is her low point but she is much funnier than the matt lucus creation in little britain that ripped of her act but hey, she is a class comedy act and although i like martha (again a lone voice it would seem) catherine will add to the comedy level of this show which mixes comedy and drama in an entertaining way. What surprised me most about the christmas runaway bride special last year was how good that tate was considering her fame as a comedienne she embraced the drama side of the role well and yes she was an irritating woman for most of the show (who wouldn't be on their wedding day when 'everything' was going wrong) but by the end she calmed down a lot and you seen a less harsh side to her role. Hell even if she is bad at this new role there are doctor who companions that where much much much worse in the original series'

DeadZone dropped again yesterday and needed the usual replacement via ftp of the backend directory to allow the game to resume. ah yes none are as good as romana lol... i liked freema she added intelligence into the role which tbh rose didn't, rose acted on intuition which the doctor/s loved, tbh i think this series was way way better than the previous 2 and it came as a shock to me that she did leave :( bring her back soon i'm gonna miss her humour.

i agree TS it has to be functional and i can find something quicker if it tilted slightly and with other items than if its in an alphabetical list of identically aligned boxes, but yeah we is all different which is a good thing :)

i tend to have my real world desktop in a form of organised chaos and my windows desktop is impossible to use tbh, this idea would make my life a lot easier particularly liked bein able to enlarge important docs and screw up junk prior to removal oh and the mouse gestures seemed easy enough to learn

Whens the Sarah Jane Adventures on? havent seen or heard so much as a whisper about that one. As for Torchwood I hope for the sake of all that is good and true that the 2nd series of this delivers above my expectations (based on series 1) I'm not one of the ones here who slated every episode or most of them, i did enjoy it, but the show has so much potential to be more.

I thought this was the best series of all dr who series tbh and like martha again blink was good will agree there and also the dalek episodes were a lil disappointing. The sound of drums was good with lots happening and i scored this the highest of the season with blink as 2nd (blink so reminds me even now of love and monsters which i loved from the last series but it was mostly slated) I also enjoyed the Shakespeare code a lot. it is strange how people can watch the same thing all as fans of the same show and yet rate episodes differently. so theres my top 3:- the sound of Drums Blink the Shakespeare Code

good episode the doctor as the dog was quite funny an the gollum thing in a cage hell the master was truelly at his finest. Also it was good that several pieces of canon where referred to the sea devils etc all in all an enjoyable episode. I did think that the toclafane could be future humans but somehow didn't click that the master went 'back to the future' and created them on utopia. Should have known that the first story wasn't simply a device to get the master back in the show. Glad the master isn't dead but i doubt his assistant will be the master. More likely he will be re-created from that ring somehow, probably as john simms again. The Jack as the Face of Boa was a little unexpected but yeah makes so much sense on reflection. Martha was superb in this episode and the concentration of human thought energy thru the psychic forces of the 17 archangel satellites was good and a good way to put across the power of collective thought and not a prayer lol. why some here seen this as a spiritual act like the doctor was bestowed by god with powers thing is beyond me and misses the point completely. Having said all that it wasn't as good as last weeks episode and left me a lil disappointed tbh so i score it 8/10 the titanic for christmas well worse things have happened at sea ;) the bill to fix the Tardis after that is gonna be a lot i would think. Just hope Kate Winslett wasn't on the front of the ship at that moment (or maybe i wish she was). Worse thing is its the end of the series :(
