Thanks! I just registered . . . and found out how depressing a brand-new profile can be; according to my info, 'nobody has added me as a friend' and 'I have no friends.' Great way to welcome new people to the site, guys! ;) Just my thoughts, Poocho :)

Thanks for the replies. At least I know what I can't get here so I don't have to keep searching for it. But the offer to join in the discussions is intriguing. I haven't been a super-active forum member for a while now. Part of that's because I got way too involved, but part of it's also because the members of most forums I've visited have been just way too annoying in way too many ways. Maybe I'll root myself here, maybe not. :) Btw, while editting my profile I experienced a minor bug; after uploading my avatar and submitting the changes, I was informed that the profile I was editting no longer existed. Obviously that wasn't true, so I went back and tried again. Just as I expected, the file size of my original avatar was too big, so upon selecting a smaller quality I was then able to make the changes. My humble suggestion is that you make a little note on that screen of just how large of an avatar is allowed. That should help newer members to know what they can and can't upload. From "nitescifi.com" I go to "http://nitescifi.com/register." There I enter in my desired username "Poocho" and verify. It says: "Poocho": OK. I enter my email and verify. It says: "MyEmailAddress": OK. I enter in my password with more than 5 characters, and re-enter it. I click on "Create user." The next screen gives me 4 "Registration Unsuccessful" errors with a "Return and try again" button after each one. The errors read, in order: "Username must be at least 3 characters long," "Your requested username uses invalid characters," "The email address provided is not correct," and "Your password must be at least 5 characters long." Clicking on the button after each error first brings me back to the exact same page. Clicking on it the second time brings me back to "http://nitescifi.com/" Either I'm doing something wrong, or the system is. Whatever the case, I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help me get where I wanna be. Thanks both for your prompt response as well as any future help I receive. Just my thoughts, Poocho :)

Hey all, I finally followed the link I saw on all of the Star Trek videos uploaded to Stage 6, and it took me to nitescifi.com. However, I've been unable to use it for anything. I expected to be able to download more videos, or at least get some instructions for how to do so, or at least some acknowlegement that this site has videos uploaded; but all I found was a bunch of news. I wondered if I could only get access to those features if I registered, so I tried a couple of times. Each time I'd enter in my Username, email addy, and password, it'd come back saying it was unsuccessful. However, the quick verification the site gave pre-register said both my username and email would work. Why can't I register? Or, more to the point, how do I download the videos advertised all over Stage 6? Thanks for your help, Poocho :)
