Why is discussing new ideas, even if they are "odd", something that doesn't belong here? Rockets, Clones, Lasers.....just about everything technological of this day and age was "stupid" to the people that talked about it before it was invented. Why exactly does the zombies thread not fit? If we are an away team going to earth, and we see zombies, we report it. We don't get our panties in a bunch and pretend that we only collect the scientific evidence we like. As scientists, we collect all pertinent information about the subject under study. I am not saying that Zombies thread doesn't fit at all, just not in the mirror universe. If you wanted to seriously disuss facts you should have put it in the modern science category - but it seems that you never seriously discuss facts, do you?
