Basicly what they do is look for the dumbest a*****es they can find, and show ONLY them. That should be obvious. You can accomplish this in any major city in the world. People look at these kinds of "man on the street" vids and are like "wow, they're so stupid! they suck! hahaha roflomg!!!!11", when the same results can be achieved in their own city.
