TFMF Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 Some of you have found that you cannot recover your password when trying to log in. If this is the case for you then you may want to set a Secret Question and Answer on your account. This can be a more effective way of recovering lost or forgotten passwords. To do this, go to Profile. On the left hand sisde, you should see a link called Account Related Settings. Click it and the next page should display all of your account details. Scroll down and you should see Secret Question: In this box, you should enter a question which you will remember the answer to, but which no one else should be able. You can enter any question you like. Once you have entered a question, go to the next box down called Answer:. This is where you enter the answer to your Secret Question:. Remember: Make sure no one else can guess your answer! After you have finished entering your question and answer, you will have to enter your current password in the bottom box.
