Well, that's it, the figures are known now!

 

- Estimated time until the human population is ravaged by a genetically modified or super-virulent disease: ± 34 years

 

- Estimated time until irresponsible human activity causes a catastrophic change in global climate: ± 41 years

 

- Estimated time until Mutual Assured Destruction fulfils its promise: ± 56 years

 

- Estimated time until society breaks down due to pollution and wastage of natural resources: ± 68 years

 

- Estimated time until Earth is taken over by creatures from another world: ± 103 years

Surely one of these will cause mankind to either perish or change its habits in the next 100 years!

lol the Mayans predict that the earth will dramatically change on August 13th 2012 not long to go till this date. Apparently humanity will have to change before this date or we will be stuck in a cycle for 5200 years so we have very little time to fix humanities problems or we are doomed. lol

 

As for these figures who knows but there have always been people predicting the end of the world tbh and most of these portents pass uneventfully... time will tell
