Tenebrae
While that is as cheap as chips, it's worth noting that probably only the original is actually worth watching more than once and only the first two are really worth watching - period. Antilles
Id have to include No 3 in there for watchabilty also, when the Apes come back to modern day (well modern as in the 1970s), more of a comedy but still enjoyable, the last 2 films were less than enjoyable. I have to disagree since "Conquest" is by far my favorite. I have to admit though that I've never been a huge fan of this series. In fact, it's really the only one I like. But even so, I'd never consider owning the fourth installment without having the three that precede it. That just seems wrong to me somehow. Rara Avis
For me, just the documentary is worth the $$$. I'd never seen it before and it is chock full off tidbits of info and insights. If you ever get the chance you have to check it out.
slug
This version probably doesn't have the extended version of the fifth film, unlike the newer release. I like 'Beneath,' its a mess but the mutants are great, and its still set in the original timeframe.
Amnot Borg
Couldn't complain about any except they aren't aging well. :P heck, I read the comic books and watched the series on tv. live and animated.
