how do you decide who gets the roles?

I take all of your names, right them on bits of paper, put them into a hat, shake it thoroughly then reach in (While not looking, of course) and take out names one-by-one.

 

Name 1 = Werewolf

Name 2 = Werewolf

Name 3 = Seer

Name 4 = SilverBlood

 

Perhaps not the most effective, but easy for me, and still very random. :)
