Sci Fi Reportedly Confirms 21 Episodes

by Ian Mullen  |  Saturday, May 3, 2008 - 16:19 CT  |  Episode News

A recent article over at TheFutonCritic.com, written by Brian Ford Sullivan, announcing SCI FI Channel's acquisition of short-lived Canadian/South-African series Charlie Jade, also reports that Sci Fi Channel confirmed that Eureka has a 21 episode third-season order on Friday.

The paragraph about Eureka also confirmed what we've already told you; at least eight brand new episodes will run this summer, but the decision is still to be made as to how the season is split. As for Charlie Jade...we've seen it, and we love it - be sure to check it out June 6 and 9/8c on SCI FI Channel! Read the full article at http://www.TheFutonCritic.com

Im getting excited, i hope the rest of you are too!!!

You've never heard of it?? Its actually really good.

theirs a link, but basically its about a government run town in the US that was developed after or during WWII (cant remember which one) by Albert Einstein and a bunch of other Scientists with the US government and was devoted to developing certain technologies. And over the years they made heaps of advancements but keep it under raps and release it to the public in intervals.

The show its self is about all the mischief that occurs in the town, one scientist wanting to make his super power telescope do something or another ends up contaminating the air supply with contaminants or some silly thing.. But more recently its moved into a darker plot with secrets and back stabbing around every bend, and something about a special orb form somewhere and a kid that has some special relationship with it.

My description doesn't really do the sow any justice, but you should definitely check it out... i swear there use to be a forum devoted to the show around here, or maybe i just dreamt that..

:D This is just so cool! I thought we were going to be left hanging (like Showtime did with Odyssey Five) as to whodunnit and another one would bite the dust. I hope SciFi does the continuation justice and explains some things like Henry and the clandestine witch with the psychologist's couch in her bedroom (the slut!).
