yes, first I thouhgt about Event Horizon and then realized that without Alien (first movie) I have to think really hard to pull up some sci-fi horror into memory.

here are my 2 favorites:

I highly recommend both of them, one of the best in sci-fi horror genre imho.

Personally, I don't want to see the Colonials characterized as a bunch of ass***** and criminals who should be killed by the Cylons.

I found bsg fascinating for exactly this reason - that humans are so unperfect/flawed and that I like cylons better. its like - wow!

hmmm, it could be from US tho - now thats disturbing..

this ep was really good imo - finnaly some wraith intrigue and action :)

he has the middle east thinkn g that the west is out to get them and they are reacting by voting in a government who will represent their anger not their best interests.

but the west is out to get them. israel was artificialy made in the first place, and people in the east are working for peanuts so to speak for corporations like adidas, nike, gap..; not to metion oil etc.

I was basing my assumptions on all the "anti-this country' and "anti-that country" threads of late. It's nice to be proven wrong in this instance I must say.

I belive that bsg is trying to show all humanities flaws - even the worst. and this includes also selling children as sexual objects. I didnt see it as a hint, but rather a fact in this ep. its disturbing yes, and I think thats why apollo did it (kill the guy). I would too in his position - the guy did stated that he would not stop doing that. so blow him away I say.

I didnt see any "whining and insulting" from "european" members of the forum.. but I see that some (emphasis on some) US citizens become very irritated whenever there are some not so flatering commnets about US actions/politics/policies etc. - and I belive some members take advanatge of that (just a little :) )

I wouldnt bother that much really - its all a debate afterall. and so what if someone thinks that way about your country? I surely dont get exited if someone thinks sloveina is a tiny spot in the middle of no where, with barbaric laws (its actually in the middle of europe and we have EU laws, but nevermind ;) )
