I got the new boxed set here in Canada via Amazon.Co.UK...and I don't know if my Phillips DVP-642 is just doing a horrible job converting Pal to NTSC but the video is horrible. The picture has Jaggies all over the place and the top line of the picture (the one before the black bars start) is half black. It's not unwatchable but it reminds me of the first few DVD's that were released in the mid 90's that had a lot of jaggy lines. Anyone else get this??

I remember as a kid CRYING when one of the Robots (Huey, dewey or Louie..I can't remember wich one) dies. Oh man I was sooo angry that they tried to destroy the ship too. I love this movie....

I really wouldn't bother with a new series at all as the last two were so very weak compared to what came before. It's the law of diminishing returns... stop now. Please!

Ummmm You are aware Mr. Shatner has won two Best Supporting actor Emmy's back to back for his role on Boston Legal right???? Right??? I guess not. Again Kirk IS Star Trek and if it wasn't for him you'd have no Picard, or Sisko.

How could it be anyone but Kirk??? He IS Star Trek. No Kirk, no Star Trek, that simple....
