  1. I think they were trying to develop the relationship between Vala and Daniel and a regualr mission would have not done this as well however with that silly celebratory episode "200" only a couple of weeks ago it seem like they haven't spent much time on the the main storyline of the priors etc.
  2. Kamala Native of the Krios system, the first empathic metamorph born on her world in over a century. Raised from childhood to fulfill her role as an instrument of peace, Kamala was fated to wed Chancellor Alrik of Valt Minor. When Kamala came aboard the Enterprise-D, she was in the final stages of the Finiiss'ral stage of sexual maturity, causing disruptions aboard the ship. As an empathic metamorph she automatically altered her personality to suit the desires of any man she happened to be with. Although she had been betrothed to Alrik, Kamala ended up being mentally bonded to Picard because of their close contact. She learned his sense of duty and went through with the wedding to ensure peace between her peoples. ("The Perfect Mate" [TNG #121]). Played by Famke Janssen
  3. I thought I posted that before but it's not on TFMF list so. Suliban :p
  4. I'm sure they had lots of material to roast him with. :D
  5. When did Sisko capture that Jem'Hadar ship they would have learnt heap from that. Most wars produce massive innovation when one side gains an advantage. Ie the Germans had no idea how to defeat the first tanks in WWI and were lucky to develop countermesures in time mostly because the allies weren't able to fully use their potential. I agree about sometime "all powerful' enemies in trek are too easily defeated however as genetically bred warriors Jem'Hadar are not known for their innovation. :)
  6. Noel, Helen Psychiatric specialist who served as a medical officer aboard the starship Enterprise in the beginning of its five-year mission. ("Dagger of the Mind" [TOS]).
  7. I vote the Federation but only just over the Dominion. It all depends on how a war is fought, rarely is it an even fight with the greater numbers winning. Eg WWII Germany were easily outnumbered by the allies of France and GB but they had much better tactics and took out the French Army of the same size in a matter of weeks. The Dominion has several weaknesses which were exposed during the war in DS9 there ships aren't very powerful and could only win when they had Breen weapons and effective cloaking. The other is the supply of Ketracel Whitewhich can easily be blocked leaving you with rebellious Jem'Hadar. They do have the advantage of being able to recover large numbers but as the Russians found out early in WWII numbers aren't everything. :)
  8. not sure which letter we should use I or R well you can chose. ;) I-Chaya The pet sehlat of Spock when he was a child. Resembling a Terran teddy bear, except with fangs, I-Chaya was Spock's constant companion as a youth. or Ralkana ("Resistance" [VGR #28]) either way we start with a
  9. I think Picard didn't get much of a chance those uniforms at the start of TNG were not very flattering for a bald man of 46 he's now 66 and starting to show his age. I think he was considered "sexy" in the early nineties mostly for his voice ;)
  10. Just one problem to me with the doctor morph is the head gets to big at the end so they become sort of distorted. Not sure about why that world happen maybe one of the origianl pics is too big. I wish I could make my avatar animated but I'm not sure how. :(

  13. Enabran Tain Garak's Father, Former head of Obsidian Order
  14. Neela Bajoran militia engineering assistant on DS9. Attempted to assassinate Vedek Bareil when he made an unscheduled visit to the station in 2369. Thought to be working for an extremist religious group, she was captured and tried but would not reveal the names of others involved in the attempt. ("Hands of the Prophets" [DS9])
  15. In terms of physical strength I agree with MJC Sisko was the strongest though he didn't get into as many fights DS9 wasn't the same sort of show as TOS but he did get beaten up a few times and also held his own agains the likes of the Jem'hadar. However he was not as emotionally strong as Janeway or Picard. Kirk had several other strong points but I won't go in to them in this post. ;)
