Another virus tailored to attack pornophiles? Like our lives aren't hard enough. At least most of us are smart enough to avoid suspecious emails... I hope...

I would definitely go for this if it's available to me. And this would be a great deal for both parties. Removing the need for actual DVDs will cut their costs, allowing them to (hopefully) pass this benefit on to customers. However, I wouldn't spend a penny on crappy shows like "The OC".

This incident is focused on people who are sharing software, right? TV junkies like us should be relatively safe, right? I found this little quote on a forum debating the usefulness of PG2: "This is obvious, all it says is to use both PG2 and a firewall. . . anyone who thinks PG2 is good enough without a firewall is crazy. I get remote system attacks ALL THE TIME that PG2 never blocks. It's also how the RIAA/media sentry gets their "proof" that it was you. They hack your computer and take screenshots showing it was you and what you were doing (at least in some cases)." Does this happen on a regular basis? How easy is it for them to do this?

YAHOO! I'm a 3-dot Chief?!

Actually, I though that the VOY ep. where the Doc suffers a memory overload was pretty funny. He started hallucinating about being a spy and the captain (the ECH was the name of the protocol, I believe).

I would actually answer that question fully if not for the rules that are in place on the site. Let's just say that most Asians are slight.

I say that we implament the eye-for-an-eye rule...

It's great that everyone has the rights of the criminal at heart, but its basically a kick in the nuts to the victim's family. What about their rights? Do you think it's "justice" to use their tax dollars to keep their loved one's murderer alive? For me, there are only a few questions that needs to be answered in this case: 1.) Is there irrefutable evidence that they did it? - Yes, the videotapes. 2.) Was it justified (self-defense, protection of others)? - No, it was for sport and a few laughs. 3.) Are they mentally incompetent? - As much as I would like to answer "Hell, yes", they are not. BAM! A bullet to the brain. No waiting, no fuss, and the mess is a bonus as a deterrent. I think a quick death like this would be more mercy than they deserve... -

Sorry. I should clarify that they have security videotapes of them doing it. As for capital punishment, is there a form of punishment severe enough for killing someone merely for sport? -
...the old Assyrian law to deal with the teens charged with beating the homeless (one to death) in Fort Lauderdale. Anything less would be an affront to human decency. Any other people with me on this?

RapidShare is kinda annoying to use. Every time you click on something to dl, you get a ticket. It essentially reserves a specific time in which you can dl the desired file(s). But you can only dl a certain amount each day. And its only useful for small files like music files or comics. It's not ideal for big files.

Spent New Years in Vegas... Almost got hitched... That place is evil, I tell ya... *shudder*

I don't know. I'm pretty hooked on it. I think I like all of David E. Kelley's stuff. But they all suffer from an everchanging cast roster. Ally McBeal, the Practice, and now Boston Legal. Below is a conversation that had me in stitches. Denny Crane: Did my client tell you that this drug is unapproved by the FDA? Mark Harrison: Yes. Denny Crane: Did he tell you that, ah, there could be side effects? Mark Harrison: Yes. Denny Crane: You were fully informed. Mark Harrison: I was. Denny Crane: You consented. Mark Harrison: I did. Denny Crane: Take it again? Mark Harrison: Absolutely. Denny Crane: Like the doctor? Mark Harrison: Love him. Denny Crane: How's your memory? Mark Harrison: My memory's fine. Denny Crane: What's my name? Mark Harrison: Denny Crane. Denny Crane: Like you mean it! Mark Harrison: Denny Crane! Denny Crane: What's my name? Mark Harrison: [shouts] Denny Crane! Denny Crane: No further questions. I laughing from just reading it.

That's so true... The story of the eternal struggle between the light and the dark is universal in every culture. On another note, is the guy in your avatar you, GhostShadow? If it is, then I've gotta say that you're one fine-lookin' guy... Gotta keep you away from my girlfriend... She's got a thing for the uniform. Actually, I think that's a given for all females.

I just came in here 'cuz I saw the word "porn"...

In my opinion, there are serious underlying problems when a gov't has to tell its citizens to take a break to make love to their spouses. I've got some friends there and they tell me that some Japanese workers work themselves to death... literally! I know there are things that's worthy of that kind of devotion (family, for one), but work really shouldn't be one.

I just want to say that the members on this site have been really cool about answering the questions of others. Questions posted on torrent sites are usually meet with sarcasm and a few choice 4-letter words when they're beginner questions. I've learned a lot in the months I spent here. Just thought that it should be said.

I would pay double if I could shove it back in... No malice intended... ^_^

Pfft that was nothing, the real beef of that episode was Eko vs Monster, round 1. So far Eko 1 Monster 0 Come on. Can't you tell that Charlie had a plan in motion to get into Claire's pants. That horny, drugged-up bastard. And he's dating Evangeline Lilly in real life. The lucky, horny, drugged-up bastard...

That was strange. It seems to be the embodiment of memories. As for whose, I guess they'll answer that some other time.
