btw thanks for all the warm welcomes Today I was delivered a bootleg DVD set i purchased on ebay, it was so transparent it wasnt even funny, you could literally see the SCIFI channel logo and the aspect ratio was nuked. Immediately this was mailed off for further scrutiny, *keep in mind the mpaa in some cases will refund that money for aiding them in prosecution efforts* regardless these merchants are what really places the industry in the biggest peril. File sharing is not the same thing generally most sharers dwnld/upld and do it for free, however when you attempt to make massive profit off a tv show/movie im sorry you need to face legal action and the community as a whole needs to start reporting this instead of just asking for a refund from the merchant.

BSG is certainly stealing ideas from this show, personally SAAB is the better show easily i might add. "Never no more" and "Angriest Angel" is a 2 part episode and is the best of the entire series hands down imho.

The source was probably a VHS tape and the seller researched that it wasnt available on DVD so instant money making oppurtunity. The initial ebay response would be to remove the item even if you complained, so there not losing a thing. I imagine if you looked at there sales he/she probably made a few bucks anyway sands your return. I just watched "sword and the sorcerer" on a dvd VHS rip and it really sucked, something is lost in the transition because the VHS original wasnt that bad. Ripping from a VHS just doesnt work out imho. Be careful buying overseas, still even they know there ebay account can be suspended and they'll probably refund your money.

Nothing wrong with that! spun there head around real quick didnt it! Besides that as a paying consumer you should always get what you pay for. People such as yourself help keep the film industry alive whether there buying out of date tv shows it doesnt matter. There's no freakin way the industry would release VHS rips on dvd........ Im glad your money was refunded, kinda sucks that you had to threaten. Oh well I just bought Space above and beyond and was very pleased used on ebay for 31 dollars. Lots of great deals on ebay and also bootleg stuff so one must be careful.

Sounds like a bootleg to me bought bootleg dvds off ebay before such as Shield season 3 2 months before it was officially released. A telltale sign is it being shipped from overseas, Australia, China, because there copyright laws arent enforced. I hope you watched the show before sending it back for a refund! Also if the seller gives you a problem whatsoever just threaten them since there account will be suspended by ebay.

It was ok but far fetched, also it was in an unfavourable time slot and at the time Fox was a relatively new network and was looking for heavy hitters and it didnt fit the bill.

Even worse then Odyssey 5 was the non renewal of "Space above and beyond". The MPAA is confident in our position and have the logs from Mr. Hogans ISP and the ip is not part of a wifi connection. Further the mpaa does not disclose how ip address's are gathered and what specific means used to collect any information unless a court order or specific evidence is used pertaining to an ongoing case. We understand that torrents are still floating around with niteshadows old tracker attached to them. Since the tracker is dead we're not concerned by it, however we are concerned that niteshadow has the audacity to have a section in the forum about torrents.
