TFMF this is sooo bad for you you need to adapt normal sleeping times i woke up just before you went to bed you need to start going to bed at 1 in the morning and then sleep not getting up even if you can't sleep and then like then get up at 12 that might just solve your sleeping problems if you keep doing it

before i saw that last ep i would have gone through you guys for slagging the programme off. Yes the sets weren't realisitic but lie it was a modern spin on it you know and the story lines were very good but after seeing the last ep i can't help but feel so much hate for the show i haven't seen the other series of robin hood i mean the thing that got me about the last ep was that

i loved the film of robin hood you know the good one ;)
