x5315
i did have Google Talk. But i didn't see much point in it. None of my friends use it, and the only one who did, their microphone was rubbish. Also it uninstalls Gmail Notifier. But luckily i have the gmail extension for mozilla. So i don't need to keep checking my email.

MindTrick
I'm currently running google talk pretty much 24/7. I don't have many contacts that use it, but its only beta. I love the know frills interface. I use msn messenger as my primary messenger, and my biggest beef is with the bloatware. Give it time, Google talk will catch on. GorunNova
I use AIM because most of the people that -don't- use IRC I know use it... and if it were up to me, I'd switch over to Jabber or something that isn't owned by AOL Time Warner or any other big company. I hate big companies, y'know?

GorunNova
Hey, I use GAIM in Linux, and Trillian in Windows... there's no way in hell that I'd use the actual AOL client! ;p
