In fact this is chapter 1 and the stakes were far more serious then just a monetary settlement. This was at the State level and had nothing to do with a civil matter. People who live in the USA would correctly assume that if i had lost this case the only way id be participating at niteshadow would be MCI Framinghams library :( In the meantime my attorney is all excited because we won the first round, and now wants to contersuit on a whole myriad of complaints. In the meantime i think i'll take the weeked off and appreciate life for what it is. The funny thing is right after he mentioned this= was followed up by a whole speech and then request for additional monies :rolleyes: I was like GUY!! what are you an MPAA lawyer!!!
