Should the NFL threat guys be charged?

I think they should, purely on the grounds that theyve obviously wasted someones time when a real threat could exist. I dont mean lock em up and throw away the key but give em some kind of punishment.

 

Not only is it a waste of time (and childish) but any potential home grown terrorist might think, 'yeah thats a good idea, lets do that anyway!'

 

While were on about it, what kind of punishment would you give em?
