Konst
Capitan Benjamin Sisko, Emissary of the Prophets, is the greatest captian in any star trek series, you can not MESS with Sisko.

Centurion
Blasphemy! Picard rules! ;D Seriously tho, Sisko, Picard and Kirk are great leaders. I've even come to like Janeway and Archer more. I think I'm suffering from Star Trek withdrawal! :-\

Vyperion
Sisko was actually quite demented sometimes He had a Kirk-esque grudge against Eddington that came out of no-where and even though he got his ass kicked at baseball, one point was enough of a victory for him. Then after 7 years of occasional dabbling he became a religious zealot and sacrificed himself for a bunch of 'gods' he didn't believe in. What a freak! Disclaimer: The above post was comepletely in jest and Sisko was actually one of my favourites for having the keys to the Defiant and parking it a spcae station that wasn't federation built. Although I stil think he turned into a religious nutter in the last episode :D
gjnave
Yes... the Eddington stuff was a bit weird. I never quite got that whole scene.. seemed a bit weird that he freaked out that hard.

dabrood
I still don't like his touchy-feely cuddly voice.
subspatial
He is indeed a brilliant Captain. Hard and clever. But (after watching DS9 again lately) Sisko does get a bit annoying. e.g. as mentioned with his hatred of Eddington, that within two minutes turned to respect. He also goes on and on about what's important to him. Bajor this and Bajor that, I am of Bajor BAJOR .. Build a house on Bajor. ...just shut the hell up and kill those dominion troops already. Alright i got carried away there, what i mean is: Within his brilliance he is rather self serving and anal. But I love him non the less. :)
GorunNova
Oh yeah and dont forget he tricked the romulans in to joining the dominon war "It's a FAAAAAAAAKE!" Bwahaha! ^^ Correction... Garek manipulated things so that the Romulans would join the war. Sisko was involved, but Garek did the actual job. ^^

Centurion
It was a brilliant rip-off though. :D About Sisko being annoying, let's not forget that baseball ep in which he had "issues" with the Vulcan captain. Nah, just joking! Sisko is great!
