dr_strekge Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 Me and a friend of mine (and also a business partner) want to sell this property, maybe you know of someone who is interested and you can tell him about it, I'll be updating more details/features soon, for now I now it has 4 rooms, it's near the beach but not next to the beach, but it is still a cool place if you like surfing and need a place to rest, to have a pair of drinks, maybe to access internet, some weed, pick some chicks, this beach location is very appealing for surfers, some ideas: you can build a little hotel there, and sell drinks, rent the rooms, or just have a vacation beach house, well I leave the link below if you want to see some pics.
