IE7 used to only be available to genuine owners of the OS. It needed authenticity just like the OS to get updates. There are ways around both. Google proves that. Also, some legitimate owners just hate Microsoft nagging for proof of things they purchased from the company. I'm starting to really like Ubuntu as Microsoft gets to be more and more of a real pain. Vista? lol. I'll wait for the next version out in a few years and we'll see if I like it.

I'm personally hoping they get the bugs out of the technology to re-grow nerves or connect them to exo-suits that will allow the handicapped to function more like everyone else. the beginnings of Borg or Cylon, maybe but I want it. Imagine the times you'd be getting at the Paralympics once the tech was ironed out.. 100m sprint in 5 seconds maybe. :P could be... but I was thinking, yay, I can have a new hand again like Luke Skywalker or legs that will let somebody stand up to hug their kids. I know their are people with uncommon problems that prefer to treat the situation as if they have no problems(re: some deaf people do not want to hear and are upset if offered tech that might offer them that ability) but most disabled people weren't always that way and might prefer being able to join other people in walking on the beach or something.

lol, I can hit Orlando in about 4-5 hours but Vegas is a LOT farther off. I would much rather be able to go to orlando then vegas... though i'm not 21 yet. lol, both are tourists traps and I can't afford either one these days.

B) ahhh, I see what you guys are talking about now. still, any exo-skeleton has to start with prototypes that aren't snug and close fitting like Stark's suit. Miniature components take time to develop.

The books actually contain more information than the movies or mini-series. I've only read about 5 of them but each new novel added to the history and "world" of Dune. The clones of Duncan Idaho were an interesting addition.

4 of the last 5 have been shown to be damaged and as close to human as any could be. BUT, none have been shown to have more than one body. Is Earth full of the other versions of those models? Helen Tigh was killed. True, she may have been downloaded into a new body but doubtful all the way to Earth. I don't think it's her. It makes more sense that it is someone we already know and is "alive" or someone completely new.
