I think that NiteShdw best fits into one of these (taken from the above mentioned wikipedia article on types of government): 1. Benevolent Dictatorship 2. Meritocracy 3. Some scientists have suggested that the defination of 'planet' be changed so that only bodies the size of Pluto or larger can qualify as planets. I think this is a good idea, because if we don't made this change to the rule, we could soon have hundreds of planets in the solar system. People think that with the change, we might reach 15-20, which is a lot more reasonable.
