1st-off HI all ! (just joined, 1st post)

After using "MicroDVD Player" for a long time, i tried using a few new ones.

I just tried VLC and un-installed it after 5mins...im sorry but it suxx IMHO...

My personal suggestions would be:

1 - The MicroDVD Player

2 - The Core Media Player

If you cant playback certain files its because you're missing the needed codecs.

You can get help determining which codecs you need and possibly get them also at Codec Wizard

Hope this info helps some ppl also ;)

I'm impressed!

I hadn't ever heard of VLC so i had to give it a try especially after the claim it would play corrupted files... low and behold these claims are true.

The interface is clean and simple, and it even played an old DivXof the first Spiderman film i had lieing around that i had never been able to play. I am now a VLC convert thx guys :)

My personal favorite BSplayer excellent features and very reliable.

I also recently come accross this version of mplayer with a user interface and have been using it to play realplayer rmvb files and is alot better then realplayer 10 the contrast and brightness can be increased far better then realplayer 10 the only thing is it took me a while to learn the keyboard controls.
