TetsuoShima
Let's just assume he intended to write: Patrick Stewart... :p
slug
Lets not be so hasty, Stuart did put in a stunning performance, between wetting himself.
Jounin
The guy that played Garak took trek acting to a whole new level. That guy could create a sense of duplicity in even the most mundane conversations and statements.
Tenebrae
Oh yeah, that's what I was going to say. He was great too. Loved Garek. His eyes, look at his eye!
Steveo
Andrew Robinson, if I recall correctly. In the pale moonlight, what an episode. He really took off post season 5.

TFMF
Oh yes Garek was great! Although i would say he was great in every ep (except maybe the first ep - but weird then)
Tenebrae
His first appearance was interesting... but like most other recurring characters in season 1 - he was changed. Robinson has to be one of my favourite actors from Trek though.
hayden
brett spinner.. like its not as if his role demanded alot of emotion, but he should a unique struggle within a machine searching to be more human.. i mean how many parts have there been like that, so he had to completely make the character him self and i thought it was fantastic.. and when playing noonian sung, he was great.. it showed him as an actor who can play a character extremely well without emotion(not an easy task i imagine as people do rely on emotions to interact) and the complete opposite, a suppressed scientist with a goal of perfection limited by his surroundings. [he was a lunatic] ahaha
Tenebrae
I think it's a shame Spiner hasn't gone on to do anything more than Trek - I think that Data is such a memorable character that he'll likely never truly escape his shadow (plus he's not aged very well). Which is a shame, as Data/Lore/Suung - he showed a good range.

Gregpicard
Without a doubt, Stewart, Mulgrew and Brett. I always found Avery to be a bit 'wooden' ^^
