No problem with this website...but when I surfed to the Fox News site, and opened a link in a new window, it happened to me as well. I could actuall see the scroll bar disappear. If I put the mouse on it before it disappeared, it still disappeared but left an "invisible" scroll bar that worked until I moved the mouse away from it. Never saw that before.
