b33znutz
I think one of my all time fav Voyager episodes has to be "Friendship One" . Which didn't air until the 7th season. I just really like the story. It shows us a little bit more about Earth, and our search for "strange new life and new civilizations" . and how, with good intent, ended up destroying an alien civilization, and taking lives instead (oops!).. for the record, I'm a DS9 guy, but I like all Trek! anyway, heres the wiki for the episode. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friendship_One_(Star_Trek:_Voyager)

vystral
The Haunting of Deck 12 s06e25 Neelix spooks the Borg children with the tale of a nebula monster. The Thaw s02e23 Kim and Torres are held hostage by a homicidal clown. I also agree with Blink of an Eye and Timeless.

TFMF
Year of Hell! Year of Hell! :D Most of season 4 is worth watching, to be honest. Scorpion, Killing Game, Year of Hell....well that's about it. :p
Tablet
I concur with TFMF, pretty much any ep where the ship blows up or Janeway repeatedly dies (Coda) are good ones
b33znutz
I've always been a sucker for a good Doctor show. Somethin about Picardo. Hes a dork, but hes so damn cool to me. i dunno why...
bbbb
The one where they go back to Earth in 1996 was good. Other ones... uh, Caretaker Eye of the Needle Prime Factors State of Flux Cathexis The 37s Non Sequitur Investigations Deadlock Basics Flashback Distant Origin Displaced Worst Case Scenario Scorpion, Part 1 Year of Hell Message in a Bottle Timeless Counterpoint Relativity Equinox Blink of an Eye Unimatrix Zero Shattered Workforce Endgame I think the favorite DS9 episodes thread will be much longer for all of us, so many episodes for that series. b33znutz
ds9 didn't end every episode at the status quo, that's why yup. they didnt have to. the fact that it was on a station (land-based Michael Piller called it) and not a ship, changed the rules quite a bit. vystral
it was the first (and only) trek series that used story arcs that would take place over entire seasons. a 'novel for tv', if you will. edit: Enterprise S3 was one big story arc, but that was the only time in the series that technique was used. Tenebrae
Not to start another tedious name calling between B5 and DS9 fans but it's fair to say JMS pretty much wrote the first sci-fi telenovel, DS9 did it... but not nearly as well. Still, better than the usual standalone fair we got.
