Erm no watch the TOS war of the gods and you will see what i mean[br]Posted on: May 04, 2008, 09:53:47 AM This is what I personally believe what starbuck is drawing, this picture is from TOS War of the gods. That's exactly what I'm saying. I'm agreeing with you, man.

That was kinda the point. It was supposed to stand apart from the other trek series. The whole thing was very much about politics and the human condition.
-
I didn't really consider that, but...yes I think you are right.

Starbuck was saved by the ship of lights. That's the only explanation, seeing as she isn't the final Cylon. Helen Tigh is.

BSG Season 4 x 05 - The Road Less Traveled
vystral replied to Ulysses's topic in Battlestar Galactica
Yep, just building up. I think next week will be a pretty big episode. -
There's no debating that, my friend. This is what sets DS9 apart from the other Trek series, though.

I like that idea, Tenebrae. This could be real gritty and harsh. Bring out all the bad in everyone.
-
You nailed it. The only other one I would say is Patrick Stewart because he is Shakespearean trained.
-
it was the first (and only) trek series that used story arcs that would take place over entire seasons. a 'novel for tv', if you will. edit: Enterprise S3 was one big story arc, but that was the only time in the series that technique was used.

They could do a Dominion military coup. Sort of re-ignite the Dominion War. If they wanted to make it real interesting, maybe have the Romulans side with the Dominion. The miniseries idea worked very, VERY well for Battlestar Galactica.

I absolutely love the miniseries idea!

ds9 didn't end every episode at the status quo, that's why

The Haunting of Deck 12 s06e25 Neelix spooks the Borg children with the tale of a nebula monster. The Thaw s02e23 Kim and Torres are held hostage by a homicidal clown. I also agree with Blink of an Eye and Timeless.

I would like a DS9 movie, just like all of the fanboys. The only problem is that it would appeal to a limited audience...which is what Paramount is trying to get away from right now.

time will tell I suppose

They're all cylons. President Roslin with the same visions as Six, Starbuck with the resurrection, Baltar with the rant about the music earlier in the season...

Do we know yet whether or not the Scifi channel is going to split up the final season into two 10-part sections? I had heard that this was a possibility. The first 10-part section would air in 2008 (obviously), and the second part would either air near the end of 2008 or in 2009. Any source I go to only lists 10 episodes for season 4 so far...this is likely because the air dates for episodes 11-20 may not have been announced yet. I really hope this isn't true. I don't know if I can wait a few months between episodes 10 and 11.

Not a whole lot really happened, but it builds up pretty well for the next episode, what with Tigh being in the brig with Six...

Adam and Eve? dunno. Perhaps Adam and Eve of a new Cylon race.
