It was my personal first encounter with the Star Trek universe so to speak, and it feels great. If to be a nerd means enjoying a good hour of science fiction, where choosing reason and humanity over brutality always leads the plot to an enjoyable conclusion, then being a nerd is fine with me. wahaha Posted December 21, 2005 Share Posted December 21, 2005 I've seen Marina Sirtis[troi], Majel Barrett[Lwaxana], Gates McFadden[crusher], Xenia Seeberg [LEXX]. Marina was cute at a '92 or '93 convention, but I'm not into her body type. She's not a very tall woman either. I forget how McFadden was. Didn't even recognize Majel out of makeup when she bumped into me while we were standing in line and blocking the ladies bathroom. Nothing interesting about her. Xenia though was REALLY exquisitely mesmerizing to see in person, considering I don't like her looks on screen. Those lips are real. I was staring at her when she was at her lonely autograph table. There's just something about her attitude, her looks, and her mischivious expressions. Those last couple seasons of DS9 just aren't the same :( Too bad she didn't want to sign for more seasons.
