If his gizmo was so efficient, why didn't he just pour in a cup or so of sea water?!? That should be much easier to make potable than urine!!! Spoiled the rest of the movie for me ... And call me sad if you will, but I quite like the movies Costner's made and starred in. Post world going to sh*t type movies are favourites of mine.
