AOL User Agreement

Six words were found in the AOL/AIM User Agreement that raised some eyeborws: "You waive any right to privacy."

AOL claims it was referring to its Rate-A-Buddy feature, not the AIM service as a whole. AOL claims it only monitors conversations after court orders and other extreme curcumstances.

Do you really believe this? If AOL were to ever be accused of invading privacy, they would not be liable because of those six words.

My nephew is on AOHell..........

I tried e-mailing him with 4 different e-mail adresses, all of 'em bounced!

......So I called up AOL in my usual, calm voice :D and let them know that they better let me talk to my nephew, or there'd be hell to pay.

Me & my nephew talk regually now.......

;)
