maverick Posted April 26, 2005 Share Posted April 26, 2005 is this the land you are lookin for? it is a quicktime animation of the breakup of pangaea and the formation of the the current landmass orientation. look for india. it legs it like a rat up a drainpipe straight from where the antarctic is now to collide with mainland asia. the website i took it from reports a subduction rate of 10cm/yr but i have heard reports of 25cm/yr making it the fastes known in earth history. hope the link works as i tried to attatch this but it seems that apart from pics nothing is acceptable laters all pangaea break up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
