Has anyone got a release date for this DVD boxed set. I cannot find a date anywhere on the net? Thanks.

Harry Potter........cannot stand the bloke........the worst fantasy films ever made in the history of film making.......and lets be honest, they arent really mens films........chaps, you wouldnt stand up in the pub with a jar in your hand and shout "I`m a Harry Potter fan" would you? ........just my opinion, so dont forum slap me! My favourite fantasy film will always be Conan The Barbarian, not the rubbish sequel. When the big man gets voted out of office we will see the return of Conan, in 'King Conan'. If you want to see some good fantasy films with CGI watch Lord of the Rings.......however if you want see the ultimate fantasy film watch Conan.........because its a rip rawing. horse charging, blood fueled quest for revenge. ........and as Conan says in the battle of the mounds scene, "......and if you do not listen, then to hell with you!".

To quote the man: "Can you smell what the rock is cooking?" Fankly Mr Rock Ive smelt what your cooking in the movie business and smells not unlike a dogs dinner.

As to which uniform I would wear......well, it would depend on who had worn it before me ;) Sorry........I bet you saw that one coming from several light years away.

The most annoying characters for me has to be Armus. Why did he have to kill Tasha? If I had to leave a show I would of gone out with a bang not killed by a puddle of tarmac. Anyway, hes my most annoying character because he killed off one of my favourite Star trek babes.

Q was my favourite character from TNG. If you hadnt seen the episodes before you never knew what he was going to do with his infinite powers.......made good watching. Q Who is my favourite episode. Steve. P.S. He was the only chap in the entire series who could really annoy Picard. I found those circumstances entertaining.

I heard Shatner wants to get back in the driving seat.......so let him. Why not send him down to weight watchers and let him have a few episodes to fill in the gaps in between some of the films.......and get that Nimoy bloke as well, stop him from advertising crap PC's. Steve.

This thread is the reason why I joined this forum. In my opinion SAAB was the best sc-fi series ever made. It was cut short simply because there was a fall out between the big men in suits combined with bad airing times in the US. I agree that BSG takes just about all the best features of SAAB, combines it with the old prop designs and award winning formula of the 1978 BSG. As for the scene where Starbuck touches the glass on the airlock with the cylon inside........I bet every Star Trek fan threw their dinner at the TV! That had to be P take by the directors and producers! If I remember rightly SAAB only got one showing on terresterial TV in the UK. I have begged the BBC to show it again but for whatever reason they wont. Someone should really bring this show back and re-unite the old cast or maybe even introduce a new cast for a second series........because hell we didnt even find out if the Chigs were beat. For me SAAB represented a dawn of a more adult sc-fi show influenced by the success of the X-Files. It had just the right level of technology that was believable. I really could drivel on about how good this show was in its day and I`ll wager Wong is grinding his teeth right now at the popularity of the new BSG because he knows that show could so easily of been SAAB.
