If you are reading this JJ whats your face....scrap the welders mate. Enterprise would be assembled on a production platform using Robots and automated processes. You could always dare i say be 'creative' since this is a science fiction film and invent your own production methods. Remember the T1000 wasnt exactly Mr Personality when he was killing people but when he needed information he was a bit of a charmer. Also in the first film Arnie was able to mimic voices and personality. There was actually mention in episode 3 that Summer had fooled John. I think they are taking it a little to far by making a terminator dress up in make up! Thats just silly. Never mind about the nose, flesh on an endo skeleton wouldnt look realistic with out muscle underneath it. Then again we often see tanks of liquid in sc-fi, with people being stored or healed inside with out any explanation as to why they are suspended in fluid!

Because if there are any welds in todays space shuttles they are 'seam welded' which is a very different process often undertaken by automation or robots. My problem is they are assembling enterprise in the 23rd Century using WW2 production methods.

Episode 3 is great. More full CGI T100's and we learn how the T100's grown their skin! Some more dark comedy from the Summer Terminator. This episode is about tracking down one of Dysons apprentices, not a massive high action episode. P.S I wouldnt watch this with your minors its a bit of blood splattered episode.

I`ll be getting my electric arc welding kit out of the garage for the next convention. If you were Kirk wouldnt you be worried flying around in a space ship held togther with welds? History lesson for you: During WW2 America prided itself on its turn out of merchant ships. They increased the speed at which they could build the ships by welding the steel rather than riviting. GUess what happened to these ships..they suffered hull and deck cracks and some did sink because of the welded structure. Already I can see that science is totally out the window with this new Trek. I`m not surprised. I hope this is a fake.

......you`ll be flying tie fighters and saying "I have you now" before you know it. There are actually taunts in the game you rebel scum! I remember the space battles being a a lot of fun although dont expect complicated controls like in the X-Wing games. For one you cannot adjust shields on the X-Wing. The space craft are actually a lot harder to fly than in those games...lineing people up isnt that easy and the capital ship take millions of hits before they are destroyed.

Lets be honest, if they get it right and everyone that has ever been interested in Satr Trek decides to play this game it could potentially be the biggest cash generator in the history of computer gaming. Let this NOT be another Star Wars Galaxies. The new developers would do well to research that history of that game.

I read that at the height of TNG they were recieving hundreds upon hundreds of scripts per week and they didnt bother to read 99 percent of them.........into file 13 they went! They cannot of all been total balls ups. Bond I have to admit is a cliche as you have said and I do need to word the idea differently. I think you know what I mean, I wasnt thinking of cheesy one liners as a Federation spy kills 5 klingons by knocking them down into a lava pit. You never know someone at Paramount might read my idea, steal it and use it. I hope so! I`m told Nimoy likes Sc-Fi forums! One plus is that we know Starfleet Intelligence exists and Tuvok was a member of that organisation. Its not a concept totally new that would screw around with the lore that is already in place. Another downside of my idea would be the cost to produce, one great thing about having a show based on a Starship is that you can use the same set week after week. Then again what price can you put on getting a franchise rolling again? As Quark would say..."think of the merchandising"..... and the resale of the other older shows! What do you think Tenebrae, should I sign up to startrek.com post the idea there and get laughed at?

I was thinking along the lines of a special intelligece branch of the Federation. A whole department with specialised skills. One episode on Romulas, the next on the Klingon homeworld, the next on Vulcan, another infilitrating the Borg, the next on Earth at Starfleet Command. The agents would have missions, stop an assassination, gather intel on new alien technology, survey a new world requesting to join the federation, stop a traitor from revealing federations secrets, stop a Romulan spy, solve a murder, stop a radical leader from taking over a planet, break a smuggling ring, infiltrate the marque, an episode on enterprise...........the plot lines are endless. We learn that these special agents are situated all over the Federation with mundane jobs until they are activated. I know its sound cheesy, the 007 of Star Trek, but special agents are what the masses want. Just look at the popularity of Bond? The show would also serve to improve the shows street cred with a new slick designs and more gritty stories. There would be new technologies developed from Voyagers discoveries and minature more advanced versions of standard issue feredertion equipment. Uniforms which re-semble more like the black suit which Daniels wore in Enterprise, with grey trimmings. Small stealth ships with cloaks that can look like any other ship...I know thats been done.....i`m just brain storming. The secret would be to add variety to the show (which Trek is famous for) and move the timeline along from Nemesis. Yes I know this idea needs work but you have to admit its not as bad as re-inventing the lore or time travel for that matter.

Judgement Day was just delayed..........but I thought that was explained in the pilot? As for headlless T100's, as much as I didnt like T3, Arnie lost his head as well! I`m calling the lore around this show T-LORE. Apart from relocating Skynet I would like to see the big old time machine they are using in the future not the dinky one shown in the pilot. How exactly was John able to beat the machines? Perhaps that will be saved for the T4 film. P.S. Tenebrae.....Ive never said this before but you know what your avatar reminds me of? The little chess board found in the original Millennium Falcon toy!

The whole Alien predator franchise is dead. The best advice I can give is unless a big name director turns round and says Ive got this geat idea for an alien film lets make it........dont bother with these small fry directors who are going to do more harm than good. The small fry thinks they are going to bring fame and fortune on themselves by working with well established names, and well established fan bases they are just selfish people looking to further their own careers. If they want to make a Sc-Fi film and they are as talented as they pretend to be then they should come up with their own concepts and stories. Ive never really rated Alien, for some reason one killer alien on a star ship running around doing damage to me is a tired concept. Aliens was just so big in everything it did. Big music, big script, big characters, big machines, big aliens, big sets, big explosions, big action, big guns, big director..........now thats a recipe for a big hollywood blockbuster............unless the film is titled Water World ;)

If you want sillyness then go watch Heroes Season 2. ;) I havent seen anything in this show I didnt like. If John wasnt an idiot in his younger years he would have no room for development in the show. I didnt say I was enthused I`m just sick of all the drivel at the moment calling itself Sc-Fi, its about time we had a show that started to throw some punches.

The James Cameron masterpiece will never be beaten. Its probably the best Sc-Fi film ever made and still doesnt look dated 20 years later. In regards to the AVP franchise.......its game over man...........game over.

I`m baffled as to why anyone would buy one of these? In the Uk this is retailing at 234 pounds,the price of fairly decent laptop! Theres a reason why this laptop doesnt come with XP installed and that is 512mb of PC2 5400 RAM (you can upgrade this to 1GB) and 900 MHz Intel celeron processor. Chug Chug..............is my response to that. TetsuoShima will be pleased to know Skype is pre installed! Follow my advice and wait for the 10 inch screen, coming out some time soon this year.

Good, I`m glad this game got canned. The last thing the fanchise needs is another disaster. Let us have a Trek game and let us make it 'high brow'.
