GeneralLee, my hero. ;) How about a great bj in the 29th Century. Those Borg should have some interesting attachments. Can't imagine why this thread hasn't been closed, what with all the chatter about things being put into other things. :o

Come on, Tolver, Gay Bshing, here? If you're a 37-year old Gay Man you've seen a lot worse than anything that's been posted here.

Why aren't there any jolly' date=' fat, mustacheod porn stars in Trek?[/quote']

Well, there WAS Harcord Finton Modd, he fit that profile. I suppose that in todays world you would need to get Ron Jerremy to play Harry Mudd if you were making a porno spoof of Star Trek.

Ron Jeremy as Mudd in a remake? I'd actually pay to see that. They could get Ginger Lynn, Porsche Lynn and Janine to play his Women.

I don't understand. Are you saying a monocultural society is preferable to a multicultural one?

I think what he's trying to say is that 1% of the population shouldn't be allowed to tell us what "normal" is, or what a "marriage" is, or what is considered right or just.

Further, the 99% should not have to cower in fear if they openly declare that this type of activity is PERVERSION.

HEAR HEAR, I'm not going to bother giving my views on this open invitation to flame thread. I will however say that over the years I have changed from a very liberal person to an increasingly angry conservative

The reason? every damned minority group bouncing up and down demanding special treatment!

I don't give a flying fart what sexual orientation/race/religion you are. You are entitled to the full protection of the law as a human being, you should not be entitled to extra Goverment monies, special treatment, positive discrimination, preferential job interviews

Don't give me any of the usual crap avout redressing historical injustices, just get over it!

I'm also totally pissed by the fact that no one these days can disagree with any of these increasingly hysterically vocal minority cliques with out being labelled Homophobic/ racist/ bigotted

I hate to break it to some of you but most of us are boringly normal and by normal i mean average, thats all, just plain average. normal as in that percentage which makes up the vast majority of the population and most of us are just plain NOT INTERESTED!! do what the hell you like just don't expect rounds of applause from an appreciative audience, you wont get it

.men who are homophobic are burying their own gay feelings

Okay, while I'm not a "burn the gays" type person, I take exception to these kinds of comments.

I find homosexual men repulsive. Literally. I am not judging their lifestyle or sexuality, it's just my gut reaction like tasting boiled cabbage. For this reaction alone many people would call me homophobic. I however, have no actual objection to those people living that way. People are born who they are.

More importantly, I'm not burying anything - as many young ladies in the west of scotland can attest to.

Or turn the arguement on its head and obviously all the heterophobic gays are just afraid to admit they secretly want to sleep with women but are afraid of being branded straight?

Actually i am one of the only truely oppressed minorities left in the western world! I am not ashamed, I state it with pride! I am a SMOKER!!!

Kind of back on topic. lol, Worf married a Joined trill which apart from being kind of like 3 in a bed involves 3 diffent species! the last time i looked at statutes sex with other species was called bestiality which kinda trumps homosexuality in the deviancy stakes :p so i reckon star trek has covered the issue and raised the ante lol

And before anyone says I am being flippant, I will state that I am giving this thread all the serious consideration it deserves...

which is kinda none

OK. You say your not homophobic so the comment does not apply to you. But I'm a bit curious...why do you find homosexual men repulsive?

Well, actualy, the definition of bestiality is;

http://www.answers.com/bestiality

bes·ti·al·i·ty (bĕs'chē-ăl'ĭ-tē, bēs'-)

n., pl. -ties.

The quality or condition of being an animal or like an animal.

Conduct or an action marked by depravity or brutality.

Sexual relations between a human and an animal.

What people are generaly refering to with that word is actualy;

http://www.answers.com/zoophilia

zo·o·phil·i·a (zō'ə-fĭl'ē-ə) also zo·oph·i·lism (zō-ŏf'ə-lĭz'əm)

n.

Affection or affinity for animals.

Erotic attraction to or sexual contact with animals.

Biology. A tendency to feed or grow on animal tissue.

zo'o·phile' (-fīl') n.

zo'o·phil'ic (zō'ə-fĭl'ĭk) adj.

However, sex with another hominoid;

http://www.answers.com/topic/hominoid

hom·i·noid (hŏm'ə-noid')

adj.

Of or belonging to the superfamily Hominoidea, which includes apes and humans.

Resembling a human.

n.

A member of the Hominoidea.

is refered to as Rishathra;

http://www.answers.com/topic/rishathra

rishathra

In Larry Niven's Ringworld novels, rishathra is sexual intercourse between individuals of two different humanoid species. It is not generally considered a taboo and is often used by the myriad hominids of the Ringworld as a way of sealing agreements, such as trade contracts and peace treaties.

By extrapolation, the term has become used to mean sex between any two (or more) humanoids of different species in science fiction more generally.

Basicly if you just lay there and grunt its zoophilia and if you lay there and talk about the stock market its rishathra.

Oh' date=' yeah. Is it true that in some US states smokers are treated like utter scum?[/quote']

Anti smoking has gotten out of hand, but it's not too, too terrible.

Come on, now, I smoke, and I'm a college-educated scientist. I know and understand that it's bad for my health. But I also know and understand that it's bad for my children's health to be around me when I smoke. So... I smoke outside, even at home. No smoking in this house for 3 years, now.

But the UK has some strict and virulent anti-smoking bias, now, too.

As for here in the states, all businesses have to ban smoking in-building. The US has had the Clean Air act since 1990.

Now, individual States are banning it. No smoking IN BARS in California (although ireland recently did the same thing.)

I don't have any problem with a smoking ban. We'll be better off as a whole when no one smokes. In the mentime, they got me young, and I'm addicted (I have quit for as long as 3 years, before, but started again.)

Smoke up, Johnny!
