The picture of Earth updates each half hour, based on the real position of the Moon (the viewing point), and uses separate Day/Night maps to generate the surface. You can get the application from http://xplanet.sourceforge.net/ , freeware under the GPL (does need a bit of configging to setup to work nicely). Third, open Paintshop Pro, click on "Edit" click on "Paste as a new image". ......Your pic will appear.
